Do you fear poverty?

Do you fear poverty?

Fear of poverty.

The fear of poverty is the most destructive fear and the most difficult to overcome, as it comes in so many forms and is often masked behind seemingly good thoughts and intentions. Allowing manifestations of this fear in your life will put obstacles in your ability to take actions to actually rise above poverty and become a successful person.

In order to understand if this fear is currently holding you back from action, you should check yourself for its tell-tell signs. Some of the symptoms are common for some of the other basic fears (especially fear of criticism and fear of old age).

Self-evaluation questionnaire

If you want to evaluate if this fear is holding you back, start asking yourself the following questions:

  1. Do you have no ambitions?

  16. Are you not careful of your personal appearance?
  17. Do you always try to find the negative side of every situation?
  18. Are you thinking and talking about possible failure, instead of concentrating on succeeding?

  21. Do you remember only those who have failed and forget those who have succeeded?
  22. Are you a pessimist?

How to overcome the fear of poverty

To maximize your ability to obtain any form of material or spiritual riches, you should refuse any thought that is linked to poverty and start seeing yourself in possession of what you want.

In order to overcome the fear of poverty you should decide to start going forward with whatever wealth you can accumulate without worrying.

You should destroy the habit of worrying in all its forms.  Use your will power to achieve this, as you need to reach the decision that everything that you can gain in life should not be traded on worries.

Say this to yourself every day until it embeds in your subconscious, at which point you will have faith it is so.
